If you posted a comment on a page or blog post or signed up for the Mailchimp email list then you provided your name and email address. If you scheduled a 1 on 1 holistic wellness coaching consultation or session, then you provided your name, email address, and phone number. This information is only collected to contact you if necessary, and this information is not sold, rented, or traded.
